"HOW TO MAKE TUMIS BUNCIS"



    INGREDIENTS :

1. 250 G chickpeas, sliced oblique.

2. Three red onions, thinly sliced.

3. One garlic cloves, thinly sliced.

4. Four red chilies, thinly sliced.

5. Masako/micin, Sugar, salt and Oyster sauce.

6. Vegetable oil.

7. 100 ml of water.

8. small shrimp.

    HOW TO MAKE :

1. Saute onion, garlic and chilies until fragrant.

2. After that, add small shrimp, masako, salt, sugar to taste, then stir.

3. Add chickpeas, water and saute until half wilted.

4. Pour oyster sauce and micin, stir well.

5. After cooked, lift and ready to serve.
